The present report ended with the dilemma coming back. Gay and Homosexual are seen as being the same-- New works will delve deep into U.S. culture, in hopes of finding answers as to how badly the words are blended via pop media. Once there are several sources found via, U.S., media it is my intention to understand how gay or homosexual men mold themselves, intentionally or automatically into the characters given the media.
Currently, it is found (given my research) that gay males are seen as the heterosexual woman's subordinate. U.S. media delights in portraying gay males as asexual helpmates who can afford the, ultimate, advice woman need when it comes to relationships, fashion, and dieting--odd, right? <--- when gay men share the same stereotypes (or are fighting the same stereotypes) it seems natural for these relationships to exist. What is, truly, unique though is that gay men often have difficultly asking their gal pals for the same advice, why? Well, you see (getting back to my point made earlier) gay males are the "asexual" help mate: thus, why would they need the help--weird, I know.
If women continue to fight the same stereotypes with gay males, I maintain the two words will continue to be blended whether one is gay or homosexual. The newest addition to the works will investigate, deep, into the U.S. media. This will provide one to gain further insight into the stereotypes that are shared with heterosexual woman and gay males.
